Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.petranationaltrust.org. Our On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
Telephone orders can be placed during normal business hours, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan time) Sunday through Thursday (excluding holidays) by calling 9626 464 1037 ext 102.
Fax orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply fax us your order on 9626 464 1036and we will process your order immediately.
We accept credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Order Status/My Account
If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the approximate delivery time for the items you ordered. Shipping time depends on the item being shipped, shipping method used and destination.
You may also check your My Account profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected in My Account. If you wish to speak with a customer service team member, call us at +9626 464 1037 ext 102 Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan time).

When you complete Petra National Trust member, donor or Friend of Petra registration process, you agree to all of the terms herein. Petra National Trust may update these terms and will notify you via our monthly newsletter or a prominent posting on PNT news flash. Your continued use of Petra National Trust after such notification indicates that you accept any and all changes. Users who do not subscribe to our newsletter are encouraged to check our news box periodically for any changes.
With regard to Petra National Trust’s items for sale , our manufacturers' rates and offerings may change from time to time. As a result, prices and availability of items in our collection, including those saved in your My Favorites folder, are subject to change until orders are placed. When placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart, including merchandise prices, are subject to correction in the event of calculation or printing errors. If a pricing error occurs, Petra National Trust will contact you before proceeding with your order.
Shipping time frames reflected in product descriptions are based on estimates from our postal service or the International shipping companies. Petra National Trust reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Petra National Trust will notify you promptly, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
While the Petra National Trust team works diligently to review the safety of all products, Petra National Trust cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site. In addition, Petra National Trust is not responsible for copyright, registration or licensing infringement of products sold on the site.
Shipping Methods and Charges
PNT offers registered standard shipping via the Jordanian postal service and the charges are based on Jordanian Postal Service shipping costs.
PNT also offers expedited shipping through UPS, DHL, TNT, and Aramex and in this case companies’ shipping rates apply.
